CONSULTATIONS

 

In effort to ensure the best experience with Lyn Locs, all new clients must have a consultation prior to scheduling a loc service appointment. Consultations will be virtual with the exception of loc extension services. Hair must be loose and not in a style. This will allow me to accurately assess your hair needs and concerns. Please be prepared with any questions and/or concerns about your hair.

BOOKING DEPOSIT
 

All clients are required to pay a booking deposit in order to secure your loc appointment. This deposit goes towards the total cost of your service (excluding consultation fees); your remaining balance will be due at the completion of your service. Booking deposits are nonrefundable and can be transferred once within 30 days, if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment date and time. *Please note rescheduling is based on availability*  

 

 LATE POLICY

Punctuality is vital in providing services, please arrive at your appointed time. A 10 minute grace period will be given; please communicate if you will be late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and there is still time to complete your service, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If I am unable to perform your service, you will lose your deposit and need to reschedule for a later date, in which another deposit will be due at the time of booking.

 

REFUNDS

 

There are no refunds on payments for services received in the salon, fees assessed for violation of scheduling policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service and notify us, every effort will be made to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.

 

GUESTS

 

It is kindly requested you do not bring any additional guest to your appointment. This includes significant others, children, family members and friends. Only parents with minor children who are being serviced will be permitted to remain in the salon. Your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive with additional guest(s) not being serviced.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

It is essential that you book an appointment that works best for you and your schedule. You may cancel your appointment online at any time free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. You are welcome to reschedule for a future date.  A no-show will require full payment in order to book future appointments.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

We accept credit card and cash as methods of payment.
